the stranger on bravery
Mersault is as true to himself as any character either fictional or real. There are no gray areas for him, if he wants something he does it, if not he he doesn't. Instincts guide his life and he is as true to himself as possible. This courage is a huge risk, it may be ideal but is it realistic? This lifestyle has its benefits but is it worth it? Is truth to oneself worth the rift it will cause between peers?
